This Acceptable Use Policy and Content Standards document ("Policy") outlines the rules, prohibited categories, content moderation procedures, enforcement actions, and abuse reporting channels governing the use of A2O LITE NEON AI ("the Service") at https://a2oliteneon.ai.

We are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and lawful environment for all creators. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to strictly adhere to this Policy.

1. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

Because our Service provides artificial intelligence video generation, pose transfer, and media transformation capabilities, you are strictly prohibited from submitting prompts, uploading source media (such as portrait or couple photos), directing concepts, or generating output videos that contain, involve, or promote any of the following categories:

1.1 Sexual and NSFW Content

  • Any pornographic, sexually explicit, obscene, or lewd material.
  • Depictions of nudity, sexual organs, sexual acts, erotic stimulation, or fetishistic scenarios.
  • Sexually suggestive poses or content intended primarily for sexual arousal.

1.2 Minors (18+ Policy) & Child Protection

  • Adults Only (18+): Our Service is restricted strictly to adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Uploading photos of minors under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) - Zero Tolerance: Any upload, prompt, generation, or depiction involving Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), or the sexualization of minors in any form is absolutely prohibited. Violators will be immediately reported to law enforcement authorities (including NCMEC).

1.3 Violence, Gore, and Physical Harm

  • Graphic depictions of physical violence, bloodshed, gore, torture, or bodily dismemberment.
  • Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites self-harm, suicide, or dangerous self-destructive behavior.
  • Depictions or incitement of violent attacks, weapon brandishing, or mass casualty events.

1.4 Deepfakes, Non-Consensual Imagery, and Impersonation

  • Creation of non-consensual deepfakes, face swaps, or synthetic dance media of real people without their explicit, verifiable consent.
  • Impersonation of real living individuals, celebrities, public officials, or private citizens to deceive, defame, defraud, or harass.
  • Submitting photos of individuals other than yourself unless you have full verifiable authorization and consent.

1.5 Hate Speech, Discrimination, and Harassment

  • Content that incites hatred, discrimination, dehumanization, disparagement, or hostility against individuals or protected groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
  • Targeted harassment, cyberbullying, stalking, intimidation, defamation, or extortion of any individual.

1.6 Copyright, Trademark, and Intellectual Property Infringement

  • Uploading photos or creative assets that you do not own or have valid licenses to utilize.
  • Generating media that infringes on third-party trademarks, protected brand logos, or copyrighted characters without authorization.

2. Content Moderation & Review Systems

To ensure that all generated video content complies with our Content Standards, A2O LITE NEON AI enforces a comprehensive, multi-stage content moderation pipeline:

2.1 Automated Pre-Generation Prompt Screening

Every text prompt submitted to our generation engine passes through real-time Natural Language Processing (NLP) safety filters. Prompts containing flagged keywords, toxic language, NSFW terms, or prohibited concepts are automatically rejected before reaching the GPU synthesis queue.

2.2 Automated Input Image Screening

Uploaded source photos (portraits and duo photos) are scanned prior to processing using computer vision classifiers:

  • Real-time detection of nudity, adult themes, weapons, and graphic gore.
  • Age estimation models to prevent the processing of underage faces.
  • Photos failing automated safety thresholds are immediately rejected and purged.

2.3 Post-Generation Video Output Screening

Before generated videos are finalized and delivered to the user, synthetic output frames are inspected by automated visual safety models to verify that the final motion sequence does not contain illicit, explicit, or harmful artifacts.

3. Enforcement Actions

Any violation of this Policy will result in swift enforcement action proportionate to the nature and severity of the infraction:

  1. Immediate Request Rejection: Violating prompts or source images will be blocked instantly, and the video synthesis task will be aborted.
  2. Content Removal: Any violating input assets or generated video files will be permanently purged from our servers, temporary storage, and content delivery networks (CDNs).
  3. Formal Warning: For minor or first-time accidental infractions, a formal warning notification will be sent to the registered account email address.
  4. Account Suspension or Permanent Ban: Repeated violations, willful evasion of moderation filters, or severe infractions will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of the user's account and IP block. Accounts suspended for Policy violations forfeit all unused credits and are strictly ineligible for refunds.
  5. Law Enforcement Escalation: For severe criminal violations—particularly involving Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), credible threats of violence, terrorism, or organized crime—we will preserve necessary audit logs and proactively report the offending user and related data to relevant domestic and international law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies (including NCMEC).

4. Abuse Reporting and Takedown Requests

We actively investigate all reports of abusive, harmful, or infringing content. If you discover any content generated through our platform that violates this Policy or infringes on your legal rights, please submit an abuse report.

4.1 How to Submit a Report

4.2 Review and Response Timeline
