Thank you for choosing A2O LITE NEON AI! We strive to deliver the highest quality K-pop dance video generation experience. This Refund Policy explains how refunds and automatic credit restorations are handled.

1. Simple One-Time Creation Packs (No Subscriptions)

Our service operates on a transparent, one-time payment structure:

  • You purchase one-time creation packages ($9.9 for 1 video pass, $19.9 for 3 video passes, $29.9 for 5 video passes).
  • There are no hidden recurring subscriptions and no surprise periodic renewal fees.
  • Credits are deducted only when you submit an AI dance generation task.

2. 100% Automatic Task Failure Guarantee

Generative video diffusion relies on complex GPU clusters and facial pose estimation pipelines.

  • Instant Auto-Refund: If any generation task fails due to GPU timeout, server interruption, or system rendering errors, the consumed credits are instantly and automatically refunded 100% back to your account balance.
  • You can immediately re-try your generation with a different photo or setting without purchasing additional passes.

3. Eligibility for Monetary Refunds

We offer monetary refunds under the following clear conditions:

  • Unconsumed Video Passes / Credits: If you purchased a creation package but have not used any credits from it, you may request a 100% cash refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Duplicate Charges / Billing Errors: In the rare event of duplicate charges or billing anomalies from our payment gateway (Stripe), contact us immediately for a full and prompt refund.
  • System Service Disruption: Prolonged unscheduled platform outages that prevent access to paid services.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate cloud computing costs, refunds cannot be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Successfully Rendered Videos: Once a video has been generated and delivered to your dashboard, the real-time GPU hardware costs have already been incurred and cannot be reclaimed.
  • Subjective Satisfaction: AI generation produces creative interpretations from uploaded images. While our pipeline is tuned for high fidelity and J-Black choreography sync, dissatisfaction with subjective personal styling is not eligible for a monetary refund.
  • Violation of Policies: If your account is suspended for uploading prohibited content (e.g., photos of minors, non-consensual deepfakes, or explicit NSFW media), any remaining balances are forfeited.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund on eligible unconsumed purchases:

Eligible requests are reviewed and processed within 2 to 3 business days. Once approved, funds are credited back to your original payment method via Stripe (typically appearing on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank).
