Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using A2O LITE NEON AI ("the Service") at https://a2oliteneon.ai, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our Service immediately.

1. Description of Service & Underlying AI Models

A2O LITE NEON AI is an artificial intelligence video creation platform that enables users to upload portrait photos (duo or solo), apply viral K-pop dance pose transfer and motion retargeting, and synthesize personalized duo dance challenge videos matching the viral A2O LITE "NEON" choreography.

1.1 Underlying AI Models and Architecture

Our video synthesis pipeline is powered by dedicated multimodal generative video diffusion and pose-retargeting architectures:

  • Core Video Synthesis Engine: Advanced Pose Transfer & Video Diffusion Models, specialized for dynamic human motion tracking, synchronized two-person choreography, fluid body rolls, hair whips, and camera lens hand-wipe transitions.
  • Output Resolution: Delivered in crisp 720p/1080p vertical 9:16 resolution, pre-timed and formatted for instant publishing on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Inference Infrastructure: Enterprise GPU clusters ensuring high-fidelity rendering, frame-accurate beat synchronization, and rapid delivery in 2–3 minutes.

2. Content Standards & Prohibited Categories

Because our Service provides automated video and content generation, users must adhere to strict community standards. You agree NOT to generate, upload, or request content containing:

  • Sexual/NSFW Content: Pornography, nudity, sexually explicit material, or suggestive poses.
  • Minors & Non-Consenting Individuals: Uploading photos of minors under 18 years old or using another person's likeness without their explicit consent is strictly forbidden.
  • Violence or Gore: Bodily harm, graphic bloodshed, self-harm, weapons, or terrorism.
  • Hate Speech & Harassment: Discrimination, hate speech against protected groups, cyberbullying, or defamation.
  • Deepfakes & Non-Consensual Impersonation: Creating synthetic media of public figures or celebrities without explicit commercial licensing.
  • Copyright & Trademark Infringement: Using protected third-party brand assets without authorization.

3. Content Moderation & Enforcement

  • Multi-Stage Moderation: All generation requests undergo automated text prompt safety filtering, input image safety screening (computer vision NSFW/violence/age detection), and automated video output verification.
  • Enforcement Actions: Any violating content will be immediately blocked and purged from our servers. Repeated or severe infractions will result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. User Media, Commercial Rights & Audio Guidelines

  1. Your Media: You retain ownership of the original portrait photos you submit. You warrant that you are at least 18 years old and hold all necessary rights and personal consents for any individual appearing in your uploads.
  2. Commercial Rights to Generated Videos: Final video files produced through paid packs are delivered 100% watermark-free with full commercial rights to publish, monetize, and distribute across social networks (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.) and promotional channels.
  3. Third-Party Audio Disclaimer: Exported videos come with the viral 15s rhythmic audio guide for beat matching. When publishing on TikTok or Instagram Reels, users are encouraged to select the official audio sound from the platform's music library to maximize algorithm distribution.

5. Purchases, Credits & Automatic Refund Guarantee

  • Video generation is powered by simple one-time credit packs ($9.9 for 1 video pass, $19.9 for 3 video passes, $29.9 for 5 video passes). There are no recurring subscriptions or surprise charges.
  • Automatic Task Failure Guarantee: If any generation task fails due to GPU node error, network timeout, or unexpected server interruption, the consumed credits are instantly and automatically refunded to your balance.
  • Because generative diffusion consumes substantial real-time GPU computing power, successfully completed and rendered videos are non-refundable.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

6.1 Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

THE SERVICE, PLATFORM, AND ALL GENERATED AI VIDEOS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, A2O LITE NEON AI, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO A2O LITE NEON AI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
